Folks from Barismo in Arlington came bearing gifts Friday. They wanted us to try a few of their different roasts. And of course for us that means we have you try them and tell us what you think.
Today: Koke, an Ethiopian. It’s not for me when done by melitta, but in that funky Abid we talked about last week it’s pretty interesting. Darker than what you may be used to from us. It’s got what coffee people call “bright notes,” sort of sharp pleasantly sour crisp taste. I like it as it cools.
We’ll run through various coffees over the next few weeks. Let us know what you think. And expect some free samples and conversation if you stop by in the AM.
